Accountability provided for in Article 20.1 of the Charter of the French Language

In accordance with Article 20.1 of the Charter of the French Language (RLRQ, chapter C-11), the City publishes, within three months following the end of its financial year, the number of positions within its organization for which it requires, as a condition of hiring, promotion, or retention, the knowledge or a specific level of knowledge of a language other than the official language, as well as those for which such knowledge or level of knowledge is desired.
