Chalets and Community Facilities Rental
If you are looking to rent facilities or rooms for events and activities, you can find the ideal space in Pointe-Claire’s municipal buildings. Whether for receptions, meetings, social events or sports activities, our community halls and chalets offer welcoming, practical environments tailored to your needs.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a facility.
Chalet reservation: To reserve one of the venue's for an event, please complete the reservation form found at the bottom of the selected chalet page or call 514 630-1214.

Room rental: To submit a room rental request for the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre or the Noël-Legault Community Centre, please select your preferred building and complete the reservation form at the bottom of that facility’s page. For more information, please email location.stewarthall@pointe-claire.ca.
Important:
- Chalet reservations must be done at least 10 business days in advance
- Additional fees may apply (janitorial, administrative, etc.)
- Please consult the City of Pointe-Claire’s Room Reservation Policy for more information
