If you are looking to rent facilities or rooms for events and activities, you can find the ideal space in Pointe-Claire’s municipal buildings. Whether for receptions, meetings, social events or sports activities, our community halls and chalets offer welcoming, practical environments tailored to your needs.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a facility.
Chalet reservation: To reserve one of the venue's for an event, please complete the reservation form found at the bottom of the selected chalet page or call 514 630-1214.
Room rental: To reservce a room the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre or the Noël-Legault Centre, call 514 630-1220.
Why rent a chalet?
Note: With the exception of the Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre, chalets are not available in June, July, August and September.

| Garbage disposal | All chalet | After your event, you must clean up the facility and bring all garbage to the bins (recycling and garbage) located outside on the North East side of the building close to the external washrooms. If the containers are overflowing, please leave the additional bag(s) next to the bins. A janitorial fee will be charged in your contract for clean-up after your event. |
| Issues | All chalets | Call 514-630-1234 for any issues you may have regarding the rental. This number will put you in contact with the Inspection – Public Security Department and the issue will be relayed to a person on-call from Recreation. |

| Inflatables | All chalets | Are inflatable installations permitted? No. Inflatables are not allowed. |
