If you are looking to rent facilities or rooms for events and activities, you can find the ideal space in Pointe-Claire’s municipal buildings. Whether for receptions, meetings, social events or sports activities, our community halls and chalets offer welcoming, practical environments tailored to your needs.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a facility.

Chalet reservation: To reserve one of the venue's for an event, please complete the reservation form found at the bottom of the selected chalet page or call 514 630-1214.

Room rental: To submit a room rental request for the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre or the Noël-Legault Community Centre, please select your preferred building and complete the reservation form at the bottom of that facility’s page. For any inquiries, please email location.stewarthall@pointe-claire.ca.

Important:

Chalet reservations must be done at least 10 business days in advance
Additional fees may apply (janitorial, administrative, etc.)

Please note that the Arthur-E.-Séguin Chalet, Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre, Kinsmen Chalet and Ovide Chalet are fully booked on the weekends through January 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Topics	Location	Details
Noise	All chalets	Noise (music) must be kept at a reasonable level until 11 p.m. and the building must be vacated by 12 a.m.
Terrace	Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre	Is it possible to use the terrace? Yes, you are able to use the terrace with your rental.
Furniture	All chalets	Can the furniture (chairs and tables) be relocated to the terrace? Under no circumstances can the furniture be relocated to the terrace or outside the facility.
BBQ		Can personal barbecues be used? Yes, a personal BBQ may be used but solely on the stone portion located on the South East side by the water.
Smoking	All chalets	Smoking and electronic smoking is solely permitted 9 metres from the building.
Parking	Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre	Should there be a lack of parking on site, there is additional parking East of the building. No parking is permitted on the street.
Garbage disposal	All chalet	After your event, you must clean up the facility and bring all garbage to the bins (recycling and garbage) located outside on the North East side of the building close to the external washrooms. If the containers are overflowing, please leave the additional bag(s) next to the bins. A janitorial fee will be charged in your contract for clean-up after your event.
Issues	All chalets	Call 514-630-1234 for any issues you may have regarding the rental. This number will put you in contact with the Inspection – Public Security Department and the issue will be relayed to a person on-call from Recreation.
Alcohol		Is an alcohol permit required? A permit is required if alcohol is being sold. Please consult the following link for further details: Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.
Inflatables	All chalets	Are inflatable installations permitted? No. Inflatables are not allowed.
Wedding ceremonies	All chalets	Are wedding ceremonies permitted? No. Wedding ceremonies cannot be held in the rentals.
Candles	All chalets	Can we use candles? No. Candles are not allowed in City premises.
City employees	All chalets	Are there any city staff on-site? There will be no city staff on-site. However, there is someone on-call should there be an issue. Please call Public Security at 514-630-1234.
TV remotes	Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre	Where are the remote controls located for the TV? The TV remote is on the windowsill on the left side of the television as it is solar powered
