Report a Collection Issue

Your waste didn’t get picked up? 

Make sure you have followed the collection guidelines: day, time, bin positioning, acceptable container, container weight, acceptable materials, etc.

Please note that the bins supplied by the City for organic waste and recyclables cannot be used for domestic waste collection under By-Law PC-2864.

If the guidelines have been followed, report the situation to Public Works on the same day.
