Submit a Request or Complaint

Using the online system, you can submit a request, file a complaint, or report a problem for the territory.

Examples of requests include:

• Notifying the City about faulty street lighting or damaged street furniture
• Submitting a grant application
• Reporting a pothole
• Public tree inspection

For collection-related issues, please contact the Public Works and Buildings Department.

Permit Application

The following permit or certificate requests can be submitted online:

• Residential Addition (1 to 4 dwellings)
• Residential Mechanical Equipment (1 to 4 dwellings)
• Residential Accessory Building (1 to 4 dwellings)
• Fence
• Fireplace
• Installation of Donation Boxes
• Residential Renovations (1 to 4 dwellings)
• Replacement or Repairs of Private Services
• Private tree removal permit

For any other permit or certificate request issued by the Urban Planning Department, or if the online request platform is not working, please submit a complete application to urbanisme@pointe-claire.ca.
