The City provides residents and businesses with bins for the collection of recyclables and organic waste. Would you like to obtain a second bin, get a bin of a different size, or have your bin repaired or replaced? Here’s how.
For a repair, replacement, or request for an additional bin, select the bin type below and complete the corresponding form.
If your request concerns a damaged bin, you will need to provide a photo of the bin and the serial number located on its side.
Available bin sizes are 120 L or 360 L. Please note that 80 L bins are no longer available.

You must provide your own bin for household waste collection. It must be a color other than blue or green.
