Seasonal Leaf Collections

• Spring: April 14 and 28, May 12 and 26, and June 9
• Autumn: October 6 and 20, November 6 and 17, and December 1

Outside of collection dates, leaves must be placed in the City's green rolling bin. No bags are picked up at the curb outside of the predetermined dates, due to mechanical collection.

On collection days, you can place your containers and paper leaf bags at the curb.

Accepted containers:

• the city's green organic material rolling bins of 80, 120, and 240 liters;
• reusable containers with a volume not exceeding 100 liters;
• cardboard boxes;
• paper bags (with or without cellulose film).

Leafcycling and Grasscycling

These ecological practices involve mowing or shredding fallen leaves and leaving grass clippings in place during mowing so they decompose into the soil. Leaves and grass are natural fertilizers for your yard and flower beds. To learn more about Leafcycling and Grasscycling.
