A gift bag to wish Pointe-Claire seniors a happy Valentine's Day

The City of Pointe-Claire is organizing the distribution of gift bags to seniors aged 65 and over, by reservation, to celebrate Valentine's Day.

This small symbolic gesture is especially meaningful during this time of the pandemic, when some members of our community are distanced from their loved ones.

Each of the 200 bags will contain various activities and little surprises that our seniors will enjoy discovering.

Reservations are open until February 5. The bags will be distributed to homes by appointment. A contactless distribution process has been put in place to ensure everyone receives their bag safely:

• Bags will only be distributed by reservation.


• The quantity is limited to one kit per family, on a first-come, first-served basis.


• Only Pointe-Claire residents aged 65 and over can reserve a bag.


• Reservations can be made by phone at 514-630-1210. Leave your contact information and a member of the team will get in touch with you to complete your reservation and arrange a time for your bag to be delivered to your home.
