The City of Pointe-Claire is launching a new home evaluation service in partnership with Écohabitation, as part of its Financial Assistance Program for Stormwater Management.
This service allows eligible homeowners to receive a personalized work plan and guidance to better understand their home’s vulnerabilities, identify appropriate protective measures, and plan their renovation projects to make their property more resilient. The program includes an assessment, a personalized work plan, and, if necessary, assistance in analyzing contractor bids.
Home evaluation and consulting services are covered by the City, and their cost is deducted from the maximum financial assistance of $5,000 provided under the City’s Financial Assistance Program for Stormwater Management.
