The Municipal Communication Policy was officially adopted at the council meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Responsibilities
- develop and implement communication strategies
- create various communication tools
- carry out public relations activities
- respond to requests from citizens
- by phone
- by email
- in person, at the multiservice counter at City Hall - write, review, and design official publications (Municipal Bulletin, Recreation Program and Cultural Notebook, and Newsletters)
- manage the City's website and Intranet
- manage social media and electronic billboards
- disseminate information to the media
- coordinate media activities
- apply communication policies and City image protocols.
