Notices and Alerts Update : Closure of the gymnasium at the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre for Special Events

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you of two dates on which the gymnasium at the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre will be closed in the coming weeks:
- Closed until 6 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025
- Closed on Sunday, November 2, 2025
The gymnasium at the Sports Centre will be hosting a Halloween event on October 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but will reopen to the public as of 6 p.m.
The gymnasium will be closed for the entirety of November 2 due to the municipal election day.

Update: The previous version of this notice, published on October 24, 2025, at 11:29 a.m., incorrectly stated that the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre would be closed on these dates. The Sports Centre will remain open; only the gymnasium will be closed.
