REM Work: Complete Closure of Fairview Avenue from April 23 to 28

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that work related to the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project will result in the complete closure of Fairview Avenue, between the Felix-Leclerc Highway (A-40) West service road and the entrance to the  parking lot of the CF Fairview Pointe Claire shopping mall located behind the Rona hardware building.

Closure period: April 23 to 28, 2026.

Traffic and Detours

Road users are asked to take the detour via Charles-E.-Frosst Street, Brunswick Boulevard and Fairview Avenue southbound to access the parking lot..

Please be alert and reduce your speed to ensure the safety of workers on site.
