Annual Tree Pruning in Preparation for Snow Removal Operations

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the annual tree pruning work in preparation for snow removal operations is currently underway and will continue until December 15, 2025.

The work involves trimming low branches along streets and sidewalks on trees located on both municipal and private properties to facilitate the passage of snow removal equipment.

All pruning is carried out in accordance with the City’s standards to preserve tree health. The branches will be shredded and removed on the same day.
