Permits and Licences 
On-street residential parking stickers can be issued for the following zones:
• Zone 01: St. Joachim municipal parking
• Zone 03: Hospital area: Ambassador, Ashington, Inglewood, Norwood, Eldon, Rothbury, Sedgefield, and Stillview avenues. The sticker is available for specific addresses within this zone.
• Zone 04: Ashgrove
• Zone 05: Viburnum
These areas are designated to preserve residents’ parking privileges, as they are often frequented by visitors.
Permit holders must still comply with all posted signage.
