The year 2021 is the reference year used for the preparation of the assessment rolls for 2023-2024-2025. The displayed sales are those that occurred during the reference year.
These data will allow you to compare transactions that occurred for properties located in your area. They may or may not be comparable to your property. They are presented for informational purposes only and do not replace the analysis work of a certified appraiser.

How to use the service
To use this service, you must own a residential building with 5 units or less. Make sure you have on hand:
- one of the following two pieces of information:
the address of the building
the lot number or the property’s roll number - the identification code listed on your latest property assessment notice, in the upper right corner of the document
If you are unable to find your identification code, you can request a new one using the service. Your new code will be sent to you by email or mail. It may be necessary to speak to an agent if you encounter difficulties.
As your building is located in Pointe-Claire, within the territory of an associated city, three situations are possible:
- the code is listed on the assessment notice
- the code is listed on your tax bill
- no code is listed and you must submit a request in the online tool
