Specific Urban Plan

The specific urban plans (SUP) establish a vision for revitalizing the economic and social activities of certain areas. They seek the collaboration of citizens, merchants, and community groups to develop sustainable planning.

The downtown SUP, in effect since February 2, 2018, proposes a vision for the development of the central area of Pointe-Claire for the coming years. It will enable the City to guide projects that may arise in the short term and ensure the realization of the desired vision.

The downtown area is bounded to the north by Labrosse Avenue, to the east by Selkirk Avenue, to the south by Sedgefield Avenue, and to the west by Stillview Avenue.
