West Island Communication Center
Serving the cities of Baie-D'Urfé, Dorval, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Montreal West, Senneville, and Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, the West Island Communication Center's mission is to receive and handle citizens' calls regarding public safety and public works. The Center is open 24 hours a day, serves over 100,000 citizens, and receives nearly 45,000 calls annually. It is also responsible for coordinating communications with neighboring cities and relevant stakeholders.
