Service Points

At the counter you can:

• Fill out a request for tree felling;
• Fill out a grant application for the treatment or felling of ash trees, reusable layers, feminine hygiene products, and incontinence products;
• Obtain general information about the City;
• Pay your municipal taxes or your water tax;
• Pay a City of Montreal violation ticket (reserved for Pointe-Claire residents);
• Purchase promotional items from the City;
• Obtain or renew your MULTI card;
• Register for free bus and taxi transportation for eligible seniors;
• Purchase a rain barrel, a home composter, and a compost cone.

Summer Hours – From the 1^st Monday of May to Thanksgiving

Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. *
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon
