Mission
The Montréal municipal court’s judicial services include the handling of a large number of criminal cases and the processing of statements of offence related to parking and traffic violations, pet behaviour, or any other non-compliance with municipal by-laws (cleanliness, waste collection, planning, etc.).
The municipal court judges offences committed in one of Montreal's 19 boroughs. Hearings are held at the Pointe-Claire point of service (401, boul. St-Jean, Pointe-Claire), but this location has no service counter.
You can now book an appointment (beta version) to pay a statement of offence, enter into a payment agreement, or make a payment as part of a payment agreement.
