Come celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Pointe-Claire Aquatic Centre, Bob-Birnie Arena and Pointe-Claire Public Library!
The City of Pointe-Claire is thrilled to be celebrating the 60th anniversary of its Pointe-Claire Aquatic Centre, Bob-Birnie Arena and Pointe-Claire Public Library this year, and all are welcome to take part in the upcoming festivities!
On Saturday, May 31, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Bob-Birnie Arena will be hosting a celebration filled with fun on-ice activities for all ages, including skating and hockey skill sessions, on-ice go-karts and other skating activities. Grab your skates and disco outfit to enjoy sixties themed public skates throughout the day!
On the following day, Sunday, June 1, the celebration continues at the Aquatic Centre! From 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., numerous aquatic activities will be offered, including a Wibit – aquatic obstacle course, water volleyball, the rubber duck swim and various other activities. We encourage guests to bring their swimming attire, party hats and plenty of Pointe-Claire spirit!
No birthday party would be complete without birthday cupcakes! Party-goers can expect a sweet treat, coffee and beverages as part of the celebration, while supplies last.
We hope to see you there!
