Municipal Organization Construction of a new seniors' residence in Pointe-Claire

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform you that the Montreal West Island Integrated
University Health and Social Services Centre (CIUSSS) will be carrying out work at 575, boulevard Saint-Jean, as part of the construction of a new seniors' home.
The first phase, scheduled from May to July 2024, will involve demolishing the existing building.
The new seniors' home will replace the Grace Dart CHSLD.
We invite you to read the CIUSSS Public Project Declaration (in French only).
