A New Collective Agreement with the City of Pointe-Claire’s White-Collar Employees
POINTE-CLAIRE, September 12, 2025 – The City of Pointe-Claire and the Syndicat des fonctionnaires municipaux de Montréal (SCFP 429), which represents white-collar employees, are pleased to announce that a new collective agreement was officially signed on September 3, 2025.
This six-year agreement covers the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2028. It reflects the shared commitment of both the City and the Union to maintain a respectful and collaborative work environment.
The City wishes to thank all stakeholders for their cooperation throughout this process.
