Boil Water Advisory in Effect – Queen and Summerhill Avenues

The City of Pointe-Claire advises that the water main break that occurred on Queen Avenue, near Summerhill Avenue, has been repaired. 

The following homes are now under a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice: 

• 116 to 146 Queen Avenue 

• 81 Summerhill Avenue 

Affected residents must boil their water for at least one minute before consuming it or using it for drinking, food preparation, or brushing teeth. 

Residents will be notified when the boil water advisory is lifted through the delivery of a door hanger and an update to this notice. 

This advisory will be updated as the situation evolves. 

Drinking Water Shutoff – Queen and Summerhill Avenues

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to advise you that a water main break has occurred on Queen Avenue, near Summerhill Avenue. 

 A drinking water shutoff is required in order to carry out the repairs. 
The following homes are affected by this service interruption: 

• 116 to 146 Queen Avenue 
• 81 Summerhill Avenue 

Work will begin shortly.
