Municipal tax bills – Available in January 2026

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to remind residents that their municipal tax bills will be available on the online portal and sent by mail starting on January 26.

The online portal allows you to:

• Receive an e-mail notification when your tax bill, water bill or statement of account is available;
• View your account statements and bills;
• Receive a reminder before the payment due date;
• Receive a $5 credit on your annual tax bill if you choose to receive your tax bill electronically only.

Registration and access

If you have not yet registered on the portal, you can create your account now.

If you already have an account, you will receive a reminder message when your 2026 account becomes available.

Did you forget your password? You can reset it in the portal login area.

Paying your taxes

If you have a payment agent (such as your financial institution), no action is required on your part; the invoice has been transmitted directly.

If you are registered for preauthorized debit (APP), no additional payment is required.

In all other cases, you can make your payment:

• Online or at your bank branch;
• By post, using the return envelope and coupons provided;
• By visiting the City Hall tax counter (payment by debit card, cheque or cash).
