If you live in Pointe-Claire, your resident MULTI number is free and can be obtained in person at one of the following City service points during business hours:
- Central Library – 100 Douglas-Shand Avenue
- Aquatic Centre – 60 Maywood Avenue
- City Hall – 451 Saint-Jean Boulevard
- Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre – 230 Brunswick Boulevard
Bring proof of identity and recent proof of residence for each family member. Children aged 6 and over must be present, as a photo will be taken on site.
Children
There is no minimum age to obtain the card, which is required from the first registration for any activity. Children aged 6 and older must be present when the card is issued, as their photo will be taken on site.
Accepted Proofs of Identity*
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Quebec health insurance card with photo
- Student card with photo
- Canadian citizenship card
- Permanent resident card
- Birth certificate (for newborns only)
*Identity documents for individuals aged 12 and older (except seniors) must include a photo. Photocopies are not accepted.
Accepted Proofs of Residence*
- Driver’s license
- Recent bill (less than three months old) for phone, electricity, gas, etc.
- Letter of residence confirmation for seniors
- Most recent school tax bill
- Most recent municipal tax bill
- Recent bank statement or credit card statement (less than three months old)
- Report card or official correspondence from an educational institution (most recent term)
- Student record
- Student card with address
- Most recent income tax notice or T4 slip
*Photocopies are not accepted.
Replacement
In case of loss or theft of your card, a $4 fee is required for replacement.
Renewal
When renewing, you must provide proof of residence for each adult renewing their card.
Children aged 6 and over must be present for a new photo if their previous card does not include a photo.
