Property Assessment Roll: Mailing of Assessment Notices

Published on November 7, 2025 to 11:05 a.m.

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform residents that notices of assessment were mailed out last week, in accordance with its legal obligations regarding the filing of the property assessment roll.

These notices are addressed to owners of assessment units with a value in excess of $3,000,000, and to owners of business establishments with a value in excess of $100,000. In accordance with the Act respecting municipal taxation, these documents must be sent no later than sixty (60) days following the official filing of the assessment roll.

The City reminds residents that the purpose of these notices is, among other things, to inform those concerned of the value assigned to their property or business establishment.

For more information or to view assessment notices, please visit the Property Assessment Roll web page.

We remind you that the Agglomeration of Montréal is responsible for the property assessment roll. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact the Direction de l’évaluation foncière.
