REM Work: Lane Reductions on Fairview Avenue

The City of Pointe-Claire informs you that Réseau express métropolitain (REM) construction work will cause lane reductions on Fairview Avenue, from August 30 to October 1st, 2025.
Traffic impacts
Each direction of Fairview Avenue will be reduced to one lane near the westbound service road of Highway Félix-Leclerc (A-40).
Affected section
Between the westbound Highway Félix-Leclerc (A-40) service road and the entrance to the Cadillac Fairview parking lot, located behind the Rona hardware store.
We ask all road users to slow down and stay alert to ensure the safety of the workers on site.

REM Work: Complete Closure of Fairview Avenue

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform you that the work related to the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project will result in the complete closure of Fairview Avenue, between the service road of Highway Félix-Leclerc (A-40) westbound and the entrance to the Cadillac Fairview parking entrance behind Rona.
Closure period: from Monday, August 11 to Friday, August 29, 2025.
Road users are asked to remain more vigilant and slow down to keep the workers safe.
