Mandatory License

Identification Tag and Annual Registration Fees

The identification tag and annual registration fees are mandatory for all dogs. Registration and payment are done through the online platform. In just a few clicks, you can create your account, your dog's profile(s), schedule reminders to stay up to date, and make your payment online.

You will receive a new identification tag with an integrated chip by mail in the weeks following the payment, and your pet will wear it for life.

A support service is also offered through the platform (1 800 937-0478, support@emili.net), whether for registration, a forgotten password, or assistance with navigation.

Dog owners can still visit the town hall to proceed with registration. It should be noted that no identification tag will be given on-site and it will be received by mail in the weeks following registration.

Cost

The annual cost is $25. A fee of $5 is required for a lost identification tag. The annual registration payment must be made before April 30. Licenses are valid from May 1^st to April 30.

No fee is required for a guide dog license, upon presentation of proof.
