Saint-Jean Boulevard

The work on Saint-Jean Boulevard will involve the roadway and sidewalks. It will take place mainly at night, from May 31 to June 22, 2026, between 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Some work could begin at 8:30 p.m.
The work will be carried out in two phases:
- Phase 1 (mauve): on Saint-Jean Boulevard northbound, between the Saint-Jean Boulevard overpass and the northern boundary of the city.
- Phase 2 (yellow): on Saint-Jean Boulevard southbound, between Labrosse Avenue and the Saint-Jean Boulevard overpass.
During the work, traffic will flow in the opposite direction in the lanes opposite the work zone. Normal traffic flow will be restored each morning.
Félix-Leclerc Highway (40) Eastbound Service Road
Work on the service road will include both daytime and nighttime phases.
The daytime phase will run from June 7 to 17, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and will involve sidewalks throughout the area.
Nighttime work will take place from July 12 to August 14, 2026, between 8:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. It will be carried out in three phases:
- Phase 1 (orange): between Saint-Jean Boulevard and Doyon Avenue. The entrance to Highway 40 eastbound will be closed.
- Phase 2 (green): between Doyon Avenue and the Exit 55 ramp (Des Sources Boulevard).
- Phase 3 (blue): between the Exit 55 ramp (Des Sources Boulevard) and Des Sources Boulevard. Exit 55 will be closed.
During construction, access to businesses will be maintained, but temporary interruptions may occur during paving operations. Traffic will be restored every morning.

Traffic and Detours
Detour routes will be set up during the work. Road users are asked to exercise caution and reduce their speed when approaching construction sites.
