Citizen eSpace
Would you like to create your Citizen eSpace account or learn more about the services available? Discover its key features, as well as useful information to help you register and get started.
Pointe-Claire’s Citizen eSpace gives you access to several municipal services and personalized information, all in one place.
Available online since October 1, the Citizen eSpace allows you to receive City notices and alerts based on your preferences, access certain information related to your address, submit certain permit applications and report issues to the City.
You can already access the Citizen eSpace through your smartphone’s web browser. A mobile app will also be available soon.
Create your account
To personalize your Citizen eSpace and access the services available, you must create an account.
Don't have an email address?
If you would like to create a Citizen eSpace account but do not have an email address or access to the internet, contact the City at 514-630-1200. We can assist you with the process.
Were you registered with the City's previous alert system?
If you were registered with the previous system, you will continue to receive alerts related to emergency measures. However, under Quebec's privacy legislation (Law 25), your current registration does not allow us to send you other types of notices.
To receive the municipal communications of your choice, you will therefore need to create a new account in the Citizen eSpace.
Why create an account?
Creating an account on the Citizen eSpace makes it easier to access certain City services and receive information that matches your needs and preferences.
Receive the notices and alerts that matter to you
