Description
Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, is a beautiful way to slow down, immerse ourselves in nature and connect to the world around us. We’ll explore its origins, health benefits, key components of the practice and some simple outdoor activities. The lecture will be preceded by a short outdoor activity.
