Improvement Work in the City's Public Spaces

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform residents that improvement work will be carried out from August 24 to October 16 in a park, at the skate park and at the outdoor fitness area.

The work will include:

• Installation of a shade structure at the skate park; 
• Addition of accessible benches and installation of waste and recycling bins at the outdoor fitness area; 
• Construction of a concrete slab and installation of accessible picnic tables to improve access for persons with reduced mobility and people with strollers. The work will also include the addition of a landscaped planting bed. 

Traffic Obstructions and Circulation

No disruptions to local traffic are expected. However, pedestrian traffic may be temporarily redirected or detours may be put in place during the work.

We encourage users to follow posted signage and exercise caution when approaching work zones to help ensure everyone's safety.
