Road Improvement Work on Saint-Jean Boulevard between Lakeview Avenue and Du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore Road

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that road improvement work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., October 28 to 30, 2026, on Saint-Jean Boulevard, between Lakeview Avenue and Du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore Road.

The work will include road milling, repairs to valve frames, manholes and catch basins, as well as paving.

Traffic and Detour

Saint-Jean Boulevard will be closed in both directions between Lakeview Avenue and Du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore Road. Local traffic only will be permitted.

Sidewalks will remain accessible.

Motorists wishing to access Du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore Road will be directed via Lakeview Avenue, Waverley Avenue and Cartier Avenue.

Motorists are encouraged to plan their trips accordingly, follow the posted signage, and reduce their speed when approaching the work zone to ensure everyone's safety.
