June 2 City Council Meeting: Accessibility and Temporary Elevator Closure
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to remind you that the City Hall elevator is temporarily out of service through July 3, 2026, for modernization work.
The June 2 City Council meeting will take place as planned in the Council Chamber on the second floor. Individuals with limited mobility or those unable to access the stairs will be able to attend the meeting and, on an exceptional basis, address their questions to the Council from the first floor.
Please note that the agenda for the meeting will be available this Friday on the City’s website.

Temporary Closure of City Hall Elevator

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the City Hall elevator will be temporarily out of service from May 6 to July 3, 2026, inclusive, for modernization work.
During this period, it will not be possible to access the upper floor, including the Council Chamber, by elevator. Individuals with reduced mobility will be able to use the ramp at the main entrance to access the first floor.
The administrative services offered at City Hall will still be available in this building. If you need to schedule an appointment at City Hall during the construction period and have reduced mobility, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
