Nighttime Construction Work on Saint-Jean Boulevard Overpass Above Donegani Avenue

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that nighttime construction work will be carried out on the Saint-Jean Boulevard overpass, above the railway tracks and Donegani Avenue, on the nights of July 13 and 14, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Traffic Restrictions 

On the night of July 13 to 14, the Saint-Jean Boulevard overpass will be closed to northbound traffic between the Highway 20 West exit ramp and Drake Avenue. Drivers will be directed to the opposite lane.

On the night of July 14 to 15, the Saint-Jean Boulevard overpass will be closed to southbound traffic between the Highway 20 West on-ramp and Civic Centre Avenue. Drivers will be directed to the opposite lane. Access to Springdale Avenue will remain open during this closure.

Pedestrians will need to use the opposite sidewalk while the work is underway.

Traffic lights will operate in flashing mode throughout the duration of the work.

Motorists are asked to remain extra vigilant, follow the instructions on all signs posted, and reduce their speed when approaching work zones to help ensure the safety of the workers.
