Tudor Park Playground Improvements

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that improvement work on the playgrounds at Tudor Park will begin during the week of August 17, 2026, and continue until the end of October 2026. Please note that these dates may change depending on weather conditions.

The work will include:

• Improvements to both playgrounds; 
• Renovation of their surfacing; 
• Water from the playground surfaces will be managed on site by allowing it to soak into the ground through dry wells, rather than being directed to the municipal stormwater system.

Please note that the playgrounds will be closed for the duration of the work.

A project shaped by community input

This work follows the online consultation held at the beginning of 2026. Your ideas, comments and preferences helped guide the design of this space, which was created to provide a safe, stimulating environment adapted to the needs of children.

Traffic during the work

Construction fencing will be installed around the playgrounds. Local traffic will be maintained throughout the work period. We encourage all road users to remain extra vigilant and slow down to help ensure the safety of workers.
