Update: Progressive Reopening of the Olive‑Urquhart Sports Centre

The Olive‑Urquhart Sports Centre is progressively reopening today, June 22, following a temporary closure due to flooding.

Please note that certain facilities and areas of the sports centre will remain closed while restoration work continues:

• Gymnasium: Closed until further notice. All activities scheduled for today, June 22, are cancelled.
• Swimming pool: Closed through Friday, June 26, inclusive.
• Women’s locker room (18+): Closed until further notice. Members are asked to use alternate locker rooms until it reopens.

Group Fitness Classes

Today’s group fitness classes are affected as follows:

• Zumba (10 to 10:55 a.m.): Cancelled
• Aquafit (11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.): Cancelled
• Interval Training (6 to 6:55 p.m.): Maintained
• Pilates (7:15 to 8:10 p.m.): Maintained

Due to the closure of the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre caused by heavy rainfall, the following activities scheduled for the morning of Monday, June 22, 2026, are cancelled:

• Aquafitness – 11:30 a.m.
