Application for Reimbursement – Residential Stormwater Management

This form allows property owners who have been approved under the Financial Assistance Program for stormwater management on residential properties to apply for payment of the financial assistance once the work has been performed.

Once the application is deemed complete and in order, the financial assistance will be paid by check to the property owner listed in the file.

Important: The work must have been performed in accordance with the application approved by the City. The City reserves the right to request additional information or to conduct an inspection before disbursing the financial assistance.
