Payment Methods
Through a financial institution
- In person, by phone, online, or at an ATM (allow two business days for the transaction to be processed by the financial institution).
- The same "Electronic Payment Reference Number" must be used for the payment of municipal taxes, a transfer duty, or a water tax bill.

Pre-authorized payment
- By enrolling in the pre-authorized payment plan offered by the City (for the payment of the municipal tax bill only)
- To cancel your enrollment in the pre-authorized payment plan, please complete the membership cancellation form
By check or money order
- Payable to the City of Pointe-Claire (allow a delivery time of three business days)
In person, at the taxation counter of the City Hall
- By Interac debit, by check (allow a delay of three business days before the due date)
- Or in cash
