Revision of the Urban Plan 2022-2023
New Urban Plan
A first draft of the new Urban Plan was adopted in a regular meeting on February 8, 2022. This first step is the starting point aimed at developing with the community the desired development vision for Pointe-Claire.
This initial draft of the urban plan proposes a preliminary vision and guidelines that will serve to fuel discussions, workshops, and public consultations that will take place over the next two years. The various steps leading to the adoption of a new urban plan and the updating of municipal regulations will continue until the summer of 2024.
