BACA 2026 – Stewart Hall Art Gallery Hosts 8th Edition of the Biennale d’Art Contemporain Autochtone

Stewart Hall Art Gallery is pleased to present the exhibition To Move Across the Land: What Remains When Borders Collapse, part of the 8th edition of the Biennale d’art contemporain autochtone (BACA), curated by Michael Patten and Armando Perla. This edition brings together nearly a hundred artists in nine different exhibition venues.

The works explore territories, identities, and memory, addressing cultural survival, spirituality, and the transmission of knowledge through film, fashion, installation, performance, and adornment art.
