Temporary Interruption of the Online Permit Service

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that due to an issue with a recent software update within the permit application system, online applications for permits and certificates from the Planning Department are suspended. We invite residents to submit their requests by email at urbanisme@pointe-claire.ca or in person at the service counter.

However, certain requests, such as tree removal permits, can still be submitted through the online system. If additional information is needed, we will contact the individuals who submitted a request.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
