Reading of Residential Water Meters

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that students employed by the City will be visiting residential properties to take annual readings of residential water meters. This operation, which measures a residence's annual water consumption, will continue throughout July and the beginning of August 2026.

Readings are taken on the water meter reader located outside your home. Our employees do not enter your home, and so it is not required to be home while they conduct their work. Our employees can be identified by Pointe-Claire-branded clothing and their employee identification card.
