City flags at half mast for truth and reconciliation day

The City’s flags are at half-mast in front of City Hall today, September 30, to mark the Government of Canada’s National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The Government of Canada invites everyone to take a moment to reflect and honour the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families and their communities.
On this day, the colour orange is worn as a symbol of support.
