City flags at half-mast to show solidarity

Expressing the solidarity and compassion of Pointe-Claire residents for the victims and families of the members of the Humboldt Broncos hockey team, the mayor of the City of Pointe-Claire, John Belvedere, has ordered City flags to be flown at half-mast following the tragic road accident last Saturday in Saskatchewan.

“This symbolic gesture shows our solidarity with all those affected by this sad and tragic event, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts go out to them,” stated Mayor Belvedere.
