News
Published on May 27, 2025 to 4:05 p.m.

The City of Pointe-Claire is delighted to announce that registration is now open for the financial support program for seniors in our community. This program is a great opportunity for seniors to receive up to $100 in financial assistance.

Who can take advantage of this support?

If you are 65 or over, live in Pointe-Claire and receive the Guaranteed Income Supplement from the Government of Canada, this program is for you. It is intended for both homeowners and tenants who became Pointe-Claire residents on or before May 1, 2025.

How much is the subsidy?

We offer assistance of up to $100 per household, depending on the number of eligible applications we receive.

How to submit your request?

To participate, please submit the following required documents before September 26, 2025:

  • The grant application form for 2025 duly completed and signed.
  • Proof of residence in Pointe-Claire on May 1, 2025, such as a bill in your name or a copy of your lease.
