Published on June 2, 2026 to 12:00 a.m.

The City of Pointe-Claire is launching the first edition of its Community Treasure Hunt, a new event designed to encourage waste reduction and the reuse of items that are still in good condition.

On Sunday, July 5, 2026, you can choose to share your treasures with others or explore the city in search of your next great find.

How can you participate?

To help treasure hunters discover what’s available, an interactive map showing participating addresses and categories of items being offered will be posted online before the event.

Residents who would like to offer their treasures are invited to register by June 28, 2026, to have their address included on the map.

Register Now

All that’s left to do is place your treasures at the curb on the morning of Sunday, July 5.

For full details about the event, registration requirements, and the interactive map, visit the Community Treasure Hunt page.
