New Sports Equipment Lending Service at Alexandre-Bourgeau Park

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you of the launch of a pilot project allowing residents to borrow a variety of sports equipment such as rackets, balls, pickleball sets, and other items, free of charge. 

The service is currently offered and will run until September 2026, under to the following schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 1 to 10 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The equipment is for use within Alexandre-Bourgeau Park only, and items may be borrowed for up to one hour. The service is available to residents aged 12 and older who possess a valid MULTI card.

Procedure for Borrowing Gear

• Visit the park attendant at the Alexandre-Bourgeau chalet
• Present a valid MULTI card and a piece of identification. Your MULTI card will be kept until the return of the item
• Request the desired item or piece of equipment. Only one set of equipment can be borrowed at a time
• When returning the item, the employee may inspect it for any damage, and then return your MULTI card to you

Please ensure the item is used with care to help keep it in good condition for others.
