How to Place Bins and Containers
Your wheeled bin, containers, leaf bags (during leaf collections), bulky items, and upholstered items must be placed in your driveway, at the edge of the public road, after 6 PM the night before or before 7 AM on the day of collection.
The wheels and handles of the wheeled bin should be facing your residence.
A space of 30 cm (1 ft) must be maintained around the bin or 45 cm if it is a container.
After Collection
Your bins must be removed by 10 PM on the day of collection. Outside of collection day, the bin should be stored where it is least visible from the street and least disruptive to neighboring properties.
