Launch of the 2026 Season of Our Greening Programs

The City of Pointe-Claire is proud to announce the return, for the 2026 season, of its two greening programs, delivered in collaboration with GRAME (Groupe de recommandations et d’actions pour un meilleur environnement).

These initiatives aim to encourage tree planting on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties, helping to enhance the urban canopy and reduce heat islands.

For residents: Ensemble on verdit 

Are you a homeowner looking for an easy way to green your property? This program offers an affordable, turnkey solution to replace a removed tree or plant a new one. 

Starting today, you can select your tree through the online store. The program includes high-quality trees chosen from a selection of suitable species, as well as delivery and planting by professionals. All necessary materials (soil, mulch, mycorrhizae, trunk guard) are included, along with a one-year warranty on the tree. Watering remains the responsibility of the homeowner.

The City covers 50% of the cost of the tree, with the discount automatically applied at checkout. The remaining balance is $100 plus taxes.

Do you manage an industrial, commercial, institutional building or a residential complex? The ICI on verdit program allows you to enhance your outdoor spaces with a complete professional service.

GRAME handles the planting, maintenance and watering of the trees for a period of two years.

The City offers a subsidy covering 25% to 50% of the costs.
