Flags lowered to half-mast in tribute to Brian Mulroney
The Canadian, the Quebec and the City of Pointe-Claire flags are being lowered to half-mast today, March 1, 2024, in posthumous tribute to former Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney.
As required by the protocol concerning half-masting of the Canadian flag upon the death of a former Prime Minister, the flags will be flown at half-mast until the day of the memorial service.
City Council, on behalf of the people of Pointe-Claire, offers its sincerest condolences to Mr. Mulroney’s family and loved ones.
